chickpea chicken curry stir-fry

Ingredients:
-baby spinach
-snap peas
-baby carrots (cut in half length-wise)
-canned chickpeas
-pre-cooked chicken

cooked in vegetable and sesame oil with lemon juice. Ground ginger and curry paste added as cooked. Sesame seeds sprinkled on top.

could be done without chicken to be nice and vegan friendly! And I'd suggest naan for dipping in the sauce.
